I ordered a sun protection jacket from Blue Island, but the quality was not worth ₹1000 at all. When I tried to return the product, they even asked me to pay an extra ₹100 just to raise the return request. The pickup was completed and the product reached their destination 5 days ago, but still no refund has been initiated. I have contacted them through email and WhatsApp multiple times, but there is no proper response from their team. Very disappointing experience — poor quality, delayed refund, waste of money, and mental harassment. Please think twice before ordering from such new websites.

This sun protection jacket is very good. It blocks all sun rays, I tried it at noon and it protects very well. Only concern is , fabric between thumb and index finger start hurting when used continuously for 3-4 hrs ride.
